Haya Emaan Zahid

Haya left a promising career as a corporate lawyer to work at the Legal Aid Office (LAO), a quasi-governmental agency, which provides legal aid and representation to underprivileged pre-trial prisoners in Sindh.
She is also the Program Director at the Legal Aid Society, an NGO that works to enhance legal empowerment of marginalized communities through raising awareness of legal rights and remedies and enhancing capacity of state actors to respond to these communities.
Haya studied law at University College London (UCL) and completed her Bar Vocational Course from City Law School in London.
